Potato Cheese Casserole

2 lbs. Frozen Hash Brown Potatoes
1 tsp. Salt
1/4 tsp. Pepper
2 Tbs Butter, melted
1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
1 pt Sour Cream
10 oz Shredded Cheddar Cheese (or more to taste)
1/2 c Chopped Onions (optional)
Thaw potatoes. Mix potatoes together with all other ingredients and spread
mixture into a greased 9 x 12 inch pan. Bake at 350 for 1 1/2 hours.
